Water not only helps your body rid waste products, but it also keeps the energy flowing throughout your body. For an added benefit and flavor boost add some lemon to your glass of water.
Fill the remainder of your day with relaxing and joyful activities. Whatever that means for you. Taking the dog for a walk, reading a book, meditating, gentle yoga. Anything that is peaceful to you.
If emotions are surfacing, let them flow. Releasing emotions is another way your body can detox from imprints or blocks.
Take a bath. Add Epson salts to your bath to further the detoxing. Whatever your body is asking for is perfect for you.
